Board of Directors
The Olympia-Kato Sister City Association is comprised of a ten-member Board of Directors with two-year terms. The primary Board Officers are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Additionally, the Board holds an emeritus position for the Immediate Past-President and an ex-officio position for the City of Olympia Mayor. There are currently six at-large board positions, serving December 2025 to December 2027.

Board of Director Meetings
There are no fewer than three regular Board of Directors Meetings annually, to be held at Olympia City Hall. Meetings are open to OKSCA members and interested individuals from the community. Meetings begin at 5:30 with a potluck dinner. Business will commence at 6:00 PM.
