Kato Sister City Friendship Delegation

High School students from Kato visit Olympia on alternating years. While here, they stay with host families and participate in cultural and fun experiences in the area. In 2023, Kato students and their chaperones visited the Evergreen State College, the Capitol Building, City Hall, the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Northwest Trek, and the Ohop Pioneer Farm Museum, among many other activities. Olympia will host another friendship delegation in August 2025. Host families are a vital part of this program. Complete the form below to volunteer to be a host family.
